Early Years Practitioner – New Nursery (Kew, TW9)

About the role
Join a brand‑new nursery opening in October 2025 as an Early Years Practitioner. You will work 40 hours a week, with the option to flex your schedule over a four‑day week, delivering a learning‑through‑play ethos to children in Kew.
Key responsibilities
- Implement the nursery’s ‘Learning through play’ philosophy.
- Create and deliver innovative, age‑appropriate activities.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Promote child welfare and adhere to all safeguarding procedures.
Required profile
- NVQ/Cache Level 3, Early Years Diploma, Montessori Diploma, Early Years Degree or QTS.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, energetic and passionate about early education.
Required skills
- Planning and organisational abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
