Early Years Practitioner – Nursery Educator

About the role
Join a thriving early years setting in Binfield as an Early Years Practitioner. You will help children explore, learn and develop through play while supporting a caring, inclusive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the ‘Learning through Play’ ethos across daily activities.
- Design and implement innovative, age‑appropriate learning experiences.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Promote child welfare and follow all safeguarding procedures.
Required profile
- NVQ/Cache Level 3 Diploma in Early Years, NNEB, Montessori Diploma, Early Years Degree or QTS.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
- Self‑motivated, energetic and passionate about early years education.
