About the role
We are looking for a compassionate Early Years Practitioner to join a nursery setting in Cheltenham on a permanent, full‑time basis. You will help shape the learning experiences of young children and build lasting relationships with pupils, families, and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality learning activities tailored to early years pupils.
- Support children’s development and wellbeing throughout the day.
- Foster positive behaviour and create engaging, inclusive lessons.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and stimulating environment.
Required profile
- Recent experience working with children (within the last 5 years).
- Level 2 or 3 qualification, or QTS/EYPS qualification – essential.
- Early years experience is desirable.
- Patient, resilient, relationship‑focused and committed to high‑quality learning outcomes.
