About the role
This full‑time Early Years Teacher position starts in September 2026 within a high‑quality Early Years setting linked to a school in Burnley. You will join a supportive team that values creativity, collaboration and high standards in Early Years practice.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, high‑quality teaching across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing on a daily basis.
- Use assessment data effectively to shape and enhance provision.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive and safe learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of practice.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree.
- Strong knowledge and experience of the EYFS.
- Creative, reflective practitioner with a genuine passion for early years education.
- Ability to meet the needs of all learners through high‑quality provision.
