Early Years Teacher – Primary School (Colne)

About the role

We are recruiting an enthusiastic and nurturing Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher for a welcoming primary school in Pendle, Lancashire. The role starts in September 2026 on a fixed‑term contract and involves delivering engaging, creative learning experiences for young children.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and creative learning experiences aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
• Support students to develop skills, understanding, routine and creativity in a safe environment.
• Work effectively as part of a collaborative teaching team.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Qualified Teacher Status (or equivalent).
• Ability to deliver engaging and creative learning experiences.
• High expectations for pupil behaviour and achievement.
• Team‑oriented with excellent relationship‑building skills.
