About the role
Engage Education is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a mainstream primary school in Leeds. This full‑time, temporary position starts in September and offers the chance to support young learners in Nursery and Reception classes.
Key responsibilities
- Work with small groups of EYFS pupils to deliver targeted activities.
- Provide one‑to‑one intervention and support for children who need extra help.
- Assist the class teacher with daily routines and classroom management.
Required profile
- Some experience working with EYFS children or in a school setting.
- A genuine passion for early years education and pupil attainment.
- Creativity and the ability to engage young learners.
