Early Years Trainer

About the role
The Early Years Trainer will deliver high‑quality training to learners pursuing Level 2, Level 3 and, where possible, Level 5 Early Years qualifications. Working with a respected training provider, you will support nursery professionals across South London, helping them develop confidence and best practice in early years settings.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and on‑site training for Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years qualifications (Level 5 delivery desirable).
- Provide ongoing coaching, progress reviews and support to learners throughout their training journey.
- Collaborate with a variety of early years providers to ensure a positive learner experience.
- Travel to learner settings across South London to conduct training sessions.
- Maintain accurate learner documentation, portfolios and meet internal KPIs.
Required profile
- Resilient, proactive and comfortable working independently.
- Strong early years leadership experience – ideally a Deputy Nursery Manager or Nursery Manager.
- Experience managing rooms or teams of varying sizes.
- Passionate about developing others and raising practice standards.
- Willingness to learn Level 5 delivery with full support provided.
