E‑commerce Account Manager – Marketplace Brands

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing e‑commerce business that needs an Account Manager to nurture and expand relationships with key brand partners across major online marketplaces. You will be at the centre of the commercial team, blending relationship management, trading, and hands‑on execution in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brand partners, building strong, trust‑based relationships.
• Manage product listings, pricing, stock levels and availability to maximise sales and margin.
• Plan and execute promotions and campaigns across Amazon, eBay and other marketplaces.
• Support new product launches, ensuring listings are accurate, optimised and compliant.
• Analyse performance data (sales, margin, conversion, inventory) and provide actionable recommendations.
• Produce regular reports and insights for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and operational execution.
• Monitor stock flow and maintain healthy inventory turnover.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in e‑commerce, client services or agency account management.
• Proven experience working within marketplace environments such as Amazon or eBay.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a commercial mindset.
• Comfortable working with data, reporting and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client relationships.
