Ecommerce Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

Ziracle LTD is looking for an Ecommerce Growth Marketing Manager to lead email marketing, SEO and brand communications for its DTC platform. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution, allowing you to shape the customer journey from acquisition to post‑purchase.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Klaviyo account end‑to‑end: strategy, template building, campaign scheduling and performance reporting.
• Design, build and optimise modular, mobile‑responsive email templates and automated flows (welcome, cart abandonment, post‑purchase, win‑back).
• Plan and execute weekly campaign calendars aligned with seasonal moments and brand launches.
• Manage segmentation for a 100,000+ contact list, including re‑activation programmes.
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, send times, offers and creative, and act on results.
• Monitor deliverability, list health and sender reputation, reporting weekly on revenue, open, click and conversion rates.
• Draft partner‑facing updates and coordinate co‑marketing activities with brand partners.
• Publish and optimise site content, conduct keyword research, track rankings and flag technical SEO issues.
• Handle customer enquiries across email and social channels, feeding insights back into copy and content.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on email marketing experience for an ecommerce or DTC brand.
• Proven ability to work autonomously with a founder in a different timezone.
• Strong written English to a publishable standard.
• Portfolio or live examples of campaigns and flows with performance metrics.
