Ecommerce Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a leading consumer brand to find an experienced Ecommerce Manager who will own the online trading function, optimise the customer journey and drive digital growth. This commercially focused role sits at the heart of the business, working closely with Marketing, Brand, Product and Commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the ecommerce strategy to increase online sales, revenue and profitability.
• Manage day‑to‑day trading and optimisation of the ecommerce website.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver campaigns, product launches and promotions.
• Maintain the ecommerce trading calendar, ensuring timely new product introductions.
• Optimise website content, merchandising and onsite search to enhance the customer journey.
• Work with digital marketing to maximise traffic via SEO, PPC, email, affiliates and paid social.
• Produce trading reports and performance insights for senior stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and stay current with ecommerce trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Ecommerce Manager or in an online trading role within a consumer brand.
• Track record of driving online sales and commercial growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics (GA4).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational abilities.
• Proactive, data‑driven approach with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
