eCommerce Trading Manager

About the role

We’re looking for two commercially driven eCommerce Trading Managers to take ownership of our Labels and Large Format product categories across our two brands: Instantprint and Route1Print. You’ll be responsible for growing category revenue and gross profit by developing a strong understanding of our customers, market, competitors, and product performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the growth strategy for the Labels or Large Format category.
• Take responsibility for category revenue, gross profit and overall commercial performance.
• Identify customer needs, market trends, competitor activity and gaps within the product range.
• Develop business cases for new products, category improvements and investment.
• Review pricing, margins, promotions and category profitability.
• Improve product pages, customer journeys, onsite merchandising and website conversion.
• Design and deliver marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, press and onsite channels.
• Lead product launches and monitor their commercial performance.

Required profile

• Experience in category management, product management, ecommerce or commercial management.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue and profit growth.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• Ability to use customer, market and performance data to make decisions.
• Understanding of pricing, product positioning and proposition development.
• Experience designing and delivering multi‑channel marketing campaigns.

Required skills

• Experience influencing website, ecommerce or digital trading activity.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Confidence to take ownership, challenge existing thinking and drive action.
