Editorial & Content Creator with Executive Support

About the role

Superyachts.com is seeking a dynamic Editorial & Content Creator who will also provide executive support to the Director. This hybrid position combines luxury content creation, event coordination, and high‑level administrative assistance across our global digital platform and luxury events portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit website copy, editorial features, destination guides, and marketing content.
• Manage and update content on Superyachts.com and related event platforms.
• Produce partner announcements, event communications, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate photography, video, and social media assets with internal and external teams.
• Support planning and delivery of luxury events, handling guest communications, logistics, and partner activations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, sponsors, and partners.
• Represent Superyachts.com at meetings, networking, and international events.
• Assist the Director with project coordination, meeting notes, action tracking, and stakeholder communications.

Required profile

• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and eager to build a career in the luxury industry.
• Available to start immediately and based in London or a reasonable commute.
• Valid passport with no travel restrictions and admissible to the United States.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
