Education Delivery Consultant – Bournemouth

About the role

This position is part of a fast‑paced, dynamic team that supports high‑quality educational provision for learners. You will work primarily from the head office in Harlow one day a week (or two if possible) and spend the rest of the time working from home and visiting sites to monitor learner engagement and tuition progress.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing tutors and support staff via databases, job boards, advertising, social media, referrals and professional networks.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for tutors/support staff, matching their skills to educational needs.
• Coordinating the full provision process, including guidance, progress monitoring and ongoing support.
• Building and maintaining relationships with Local Authorities to facilitate collaboration.
• Developing a deep understanding of the local area, its communities, clients and tutor networks.
• Providing on‑site support to tutors and families to ensure positive learner engagement.
• Managing workload, prioritising tasks and upholding professional standards.

Required profile

• Background in education preferred.
• Experience in sales, recruitment or related professional sectors.
• Interest or passion for SEND/SEMH education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused and able to work independently.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
