Education Delivery Consultant – Fast Paced, Dynamic Organisation

About the role

This role is part of a fast‑paced, dynamic team that supports high‑quality educational provision for learners in Dorset. You will work primarily from the head office in Harlow one to two days a week, with the balance of your time spent remotely and on site visiting learners and tutors.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing tutors and support staff via databases, job boards, social media and professional networks.
• Acting as the main point of contact for tutors, matching their skills to educational needs.
• Coordinating the full provision process, including guidance, progress monitoring and ongoing support.
• Building and maintaining relationships with Local Authorities and partner organisations.
• Developing an in‑depth understanding of the local community, clients and tutor networks to identify opportunities.
• Providing on‑site support to tutors and families to ensure learner engagement and progress.
• Managing workload, prioritising tasks and upholding professional standards.

Required profile

• Background in education (preferred) or experience in sales, recruitment or related sectors.
• Interest or knowledge of SEND/SEMH education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused and able to work independently.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
