Education Delivery Consultant – Fast‑paced, Dynamic Organisation

About the role

This position is part of a fast‑paced, dynamic team that supports high‑quality educational provision for learners across Essex. Based at the head office in Harlow, you will work on‑site and visit partner sites to monitor learner engagement and tuition progress.

Key responsibilities

• Source tutors and support staff via databases, job boards, social media, referrals and professional networks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for tutors, matching their skills to educational needs.
• Coordinate the full provision process, including guidance, progress monitoring and ongoing support.
• Build and maintain relationships with Local Authorities and partner organisations.
• Develop a deep understanding of the local community, client base and tutor networks.
• Visit sites to ensure progress, learner engagement and quality of tuition.
• Manage workload, prioritise tasks and uphold professional standards.

Required profile

• Background in education (preferred) or experience in sales/recruitment.
• Interest or knowledge of SEND/SEMH education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused and able to work independently.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
