Education Recruitment Consultant – Secondary (Preston)

About the role

Tradewind Recruitment is looking for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to take over a warm secondary desk in Preston. You will join a high‑performing team with an established client base and immediate revenue, working on a hybrid model.

Key responsibilities

• Grow existing secondary school client accounts
• Win new business from secondary schools
• Build and maintain relationships with school decision‑makers
• Manage candidate placements from interview to start date
• Conduct regular school visits and business development activities

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in education recruitment
• Secondary recruitment experience preferred
• Proven billing success and a commercial, sales‑driven mindset
• Strong client and candidate management abilities

• Up to £50,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission
• Warm desk billing of approximately £4,500 per week from day one
