eLearning Content Creator – Hybrid (Leeds)

About the role

We are looking for an eLearning Content Creator to join FindMyFlow’s small, dynamic team in Leeds. You will design and produce accessible learning resources that help students and professionals with disabilities and neurodiverse needs make the most of assistive technology. The role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Leeds Docks office.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging screen‑capture video tutorials using Camtasia to demonstrate assistive technology workflows.
• Write clear, concise scripts for voice‑over narration and develop complementary written guides.
• Produce accurate subtitle files and ensure all content meets accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with software publishers and internal teams to keep content current and aligned with user needs.
• Brief the Graphic Design Lead on visual requirements and produce basic assets when needed.
• Maintain project tracking systems, recording progress, status, and milestones.
• Stay informed about emerging assistive technologies and AI tools to keep learning materials relevant.
