Electrical Contracts Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Electrical Contracts Manager to lead electrical construction projects from start to finish. You will coordinate with clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and close electrical construction contracts, meeting all project milestones.
• Manage project schedules using Microsoft Project, coordinating resources, timelines and deliverables.
• Negotiate contract terms with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Oversee procurement of materials and services required for electrical installations.
• Supervise project teams, ensuring safety compliance and high performance.
• Maintain detailed documentation with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Monitor budgets and timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations and building codes.
• Analyse project outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing electrical construction projects.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities across multiple projects.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to resolve issues efficiently.
• Proficiency with project management software, especially Microsoft Project.
• Outstanding organisational and time‑management capabilities.
