Electrical Engineer – HV Power Quality Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with high‑voltage manufacturing experience to join a fast‑growing power‑quality specialist. You will be responsible for delivering complete engineering packs, supporting shop‑floor assembly, and leading Factory Acceptance Testing for advanced renewable‑energy equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Produce manufacturable engineering packs including schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs and test plans.
• Provide real‑time technical support on the shop floor during assembly and wiring.
• Lead Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and ensure successful hand‑over to customers.
• Drive root‑cause fault investigations, implement corrective actions (CAPA) and support product testing.
• Conduct periodic site surveys and mentor junior engineers as the team expands.

Required profile

• Electrical Engineer with experience in high‑voltage (275kV‑400kV) manufacturing environments.
• Comfortable delivering shop‑floor support and leading technical problem‑solving.
• Motivated to mentor junior staff and progress into a leadership role.
