Electrical Installation Trainer & Assessor

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Electrical Installation Trainer and Assessor to deliver high‑quality training to apprentices and industry learners in Witney. You will work Monday‑to‑Friday, combining practical workshop sessions with classroom instruction, while also expanding your own expertise in emerging renewable technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Electrical Installation training to apprentices and adult learners.
• Facilitate both practical workshop activities and classroom‑based theory.
• Assess learner progress, provide feedback and support to ensure successful qualification outcomes.
• Teach specialist short courses in Solar PV, EV Charging, Battery Storage and Inspection & Testing.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training materials and comply with industry standards.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
• Recognised teaching qualification (AET, PTLLS, Cert Ed, PGCE or equivalent).
• Assessor qualification or willingness to obtain one.
• Passionate about developing the next generation of electricians.

What we offer

• Salary £45,000‑£50,000 per year.
