Electrical Learning Coach

About the role

We are seeking an Electrical Learning Coach to join our client’s engineering team in Aldershot. The role involves delivering classroom‑based training to Armed Forces Service Leavers who are transitioning into civilian electrical careers. You will work Monday‑to‑Friday, enjoying a balanced schedule while sharing your industry expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging electrical training sessions for adult learners.
• Develop and update training materials, manuals and assessment tools.
• Monitor learner progress, provide feedback and support individual development plans.
• Collaborate with the engineering department to ensure training aligns with current industry standards.
• Participate in continuous professional development and obtain required teaching qualifications.

Required profile

• Qualified electrician or electrical engineer with solid field experience.
• Motivation to move from site work to a teaching environment.
• Ability to work full‑time, Monday‑Friday, on‑site in Aldershot.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
