Electrical Maintenance Engineer – 4 on 4 off shift

About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a state‑of‑the‑art, fully automated factory in Salisbury. You will work on a fast‑paced production line, supporting both day‑to‑day operations and long‑term reliability initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out electrical maintenance, fault‑finding and corrective actions on automated production machinery.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance to maximise equipment uptime.
• Respond to reactive and breakdown maintenance incidents in a 4‑on‑4‑off shift pattern.
• Document maintenance activities and contribute to continuous improvement programmes.

Required profile

• Proven electrical maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on experience with pre‑planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance.
• Recognised electrical engineering qualification.
• Experience working within a UK manufacturing setting is desirable.
