About the role
We are seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading timber processing and engineered wood products company in Pathhead, Scotland. The role is days‑based with a double‑shift pattern, offering strong overtime potential and long‑term career development.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the production site.
- Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions to minimise downtime.
- Maintain high‑performing plant and equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Qualified Electrical Engineer with a background in plant, manufacturing, production or industrial maintenance.
- Proactive approach to fault‑finding and problem‑solving.
- Willingness to work double‑day shifts (6 am‑2 pm and 2 pm‑10 pm).
