Electrical Maintenance Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a globally recognised engineering powerhouse in Winterbourne. You will work in a fast‑paced, blue‑chip manufacturing environment, maintaining and developing advanced production and packaging equipment while receiving specialist training and clear progression opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Electrical fault finding and diagnostics on production machinery
• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to minimise downtime
• Breakdown response across production, packaging, and plant equipment
• Working with modern automated machinery and control systems
• Supporting continuous improvement and reliability projects
• Shift‑based role covering days and nights

Required profile

• Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer
• Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
• Recognised electrical engineering qualifications
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, packaging, or similar environments
• Keen to develop through structured training and progression
• Team‑focused with a proactive approach to maintenance
