Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Night Shift

About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join a state‑of‑the‑art, fully automated factory on a night shift roster (4 on / 4 off). The role offers a blend of hands‑on electrical work and the chance to develop technically or move into management within a market‑leading manufacturing business.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out electrical maintenance, fault‑finding and planned preventative maintenance on a range of automated production machinery.
• Respond to reactive and breakdown maintenance tasks to maximise equipment uptime.
• Execute pre‑planned maintenance activities in a fast‑paced industrial environment.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure safety and efficiency standards are met.

Required profile

• Proven electrical maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing setting.
• Hands‑on experience with reactive, breakdown and pre‑planned maintenance.
• Recognised electrical engineering qualification.
• Experience working within a UK manufacturing environment is desirable.
