About the role

We are seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a state‑of‑the‑art, fully automated factory in Chatham. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically‑skilled engineer who wants to grow both on the shop floor and towards future management responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance, fault‑finding and planned preventative maintenance on a range of automated production machinery.
• Respond to reactive and breakdown situations to minimise downtime and maximise equipment efficiency.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure safe and reliable operation of all electrical systems.

Required profile

• Proven electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on experience with pre‑planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast‑paced factory.
• Recognised electrical engineering qualification.
• Experience working in a manufacturing setting.
