Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Trainer Role

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer who wants to transition into a training position. Based in Kent, you will deliver electrical qualifications to learners across Kent and surrounding areas, with all travel expenses covered.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accredited electrical training sessions to learners at various locations.
• Travel to learner sites across Kent and the South East, using your own vehicle.
• Assess learner progress and provide feedback.
• Maintain accurate training records and comply with DBS requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on electrical engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Level 3 (or higher) electrical/engineering qualification.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal car.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to move into a training role and develop people.
