Electrical Manufacturing Engineer (NPI & Improvement)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing manufacturing partner that supports machine builders and OEMs. As an Electrical Manufacturing Engineer you will be part of the New Product Introduction (NPI) team, taking ownership of the full electrical documentation and assembly process from concept to production.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret complex customer designs and translate them into 2D electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Create clear, visual (IKEA‑style) work instructions for assembly and wiring staff.
• Produce manufacturing documentation that supports skilled electrical wirers and production teams.
• Support NPI activities and help manage production and assembly projects.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in the manufacturing process.

Required profile

• Qualified Electrical Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of 2D electrical CAD and ability to read and produce schematics.
• Experience working on new product introductions and manufacturing environments.

Required skills

• 2D Electrical CAD (EPLAN, SolidWorks Electrical).
• Creation of wiring diagrams and visual assembly instructions.
• Understanding of electrical schematics and panel build processes.
