Electrical Project Manager

About the role

Join a well‑established building services contractor with 60 years of experience delivering mechanical and electrical projects across East Anglia and London. As an Electrical Project Manager (or Contracts Manager) you will lead projects valued up to £10 million, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the required standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor electrical projects from inception to handover.
• Control project budgets, costs and cash flow.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation measures.
• Manage and motivate on‑site staff, defining clear roles and responsibilities.
• Maintain rigorous health and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Qualified Project Manager with proven experience on M&E projects.
• Experience managing full contracts on projects up to £10 million.
• Strong communication skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to drive best practice, innovation and continuous improvement.
