Electrical Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a long‑term contract on a large commercial CAT A fit‑out in the City of London. The role starts immediately and involves working closely with the MEP contractor on a £7 million electrical package.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the electrical package for a £7 million commercial fit‑out.
• Coordinate with the MEP contractor to ensure integrated project execution.
• Manage and support 3‑4 site managers responsible for their respective packages.
• Monitor progress, schedule and budget to meet project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on commercial CAT A fit‑out projects.
• Experience working with MEP contractors and managing site managers.
• Ability to start within a week and work on a hybrid basis (minimum two days remote).
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered).
