Electrical Qualified Supervisor (QS) – Full‑time

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Qualified Supervisor (QS) to lead the delivery of electrical maintenance contracts for our client base in Milton Keynes. You will ensure all work complies with health and safety standards, internal procedures, and quality expectations while providing technical support to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee electrical works across planned and reactive maintenance contracts.
• Supervise a team of 10 operatives and coordinate subcontractors.
• Monitor progress through regular site visits to guarantee on‑time, on‑budget completion.
• Manage MCM job scheduling and allocate resources efficiently.
• Ensure all electrical meters and equipment are calibrated and maintained.
• Compile operational reports, support performance reviews and audits.
• Maintain company assets such as vehicles, tools, PPE and van stock.
• Attend client meetings, toolbox talks and internal training sessions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on maintenance contracts.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and industry standards.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop a small team.
• Excellent customer‑focus and communication skills.
