Electrical Shift Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Electrical Shift Engineer to join a market‑leading manufacturing company. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will play a key part in keeping the production facility operating smoothly across three shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver both reactive and planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on a range of plant equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot machinery such as conveyors, chain drives and belt systems.
• Participate in project work and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform fault finding on electrical and mechanical systems within a manufacturing environment.

Required profile

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualification (company may fund further training).
• 3+ years experience in industrial maintenance (advantageous).
• Knowledge of the 18th Edition wiring regulations is advantageous.
