Electrical Supervisor – Commercial Projects

About the role

We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical installation activities on modular off‑site commercial projects across England. You will join a supportive team that values training, high standards, and career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate first‑ and second‑fix electrical installation work.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and BS7671 wiring standards.
• Manage teams handling containment systems and twin‑and‑earth wiring.
• Monitor progress against project schedules and maintain smooth day‑to‑day delivery.
• Support customer satisfaction through high‑quality workmanship.

Required profile

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• ECS Gold Card.
• SSSTS 2319 qualification (ideal but not essential).
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Electrical Installation.
• Good knowledge of Wiring Regulations BS7671.
• Self‑motivated with a passion for excellence.
