About the role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead a crew of 15‑20 tradespeople on a commercial project in Reading. The role involves ensuring the electrical work progresses on schedule while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the electrical team.
- Drive productivity to meet project targets and deadlines.
- Monitor and enforce health and safety procedures on site.
- Liaise with the main contractor and other site personnel.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an electrical supervisor or similar role on commercial projects.
- Valid JIB card.
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
