Electrical Supervisor – North West England

About the role

FindCore is recruiting on behalf of a leading electrical contracting firm for a permanent Electrical Supervisor based in Leyland. You will oversee electrical installations across the North West of England, leading a site team to deliver high‑quality work safely and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, support and motivate a site team on a daily basis.
• Perform and oversee high‑quality electrical installations, including control panels, containment and field devices.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to review drawings and monitor progress against the programme.
• Assign tasks, manage workload and conduct on‑site quality control checks.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and identify design or installation problems early.
• Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time and to specification.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Electrician Supervisor, Electrical Supervisor, Lead Electrician or a comparable role.
• Valid Gold JIB/ECS card.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience installing and wiring control panels, containment and field devices.
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
