Electrical Trainer / Assessor (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced electrician to deliver Level 3 Electrical Installation and Maintenance apprenticeships and short courses. This full‑time permanent position allows you to move off the tools and train the next generation, with no weekend work and no site duties.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Electrical Installation/Maintenance Apprenticeships at Level 3 and relevant short courses.
• Assist with the development and implementation of learning resources.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet individual needs.
• Support learners to ensure they are fully prepared for End Point Assessment.

Required profile

• Qualified electrician with at least a Level 3 (Domestic) qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an electrician.
• Confident, professional and able to inspire and motivate learners.
• IT literate.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
