Electrical Training Instructor / Assessor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced electrician to join a well‑established training provider as an Electrical Training Instructor/Assessor. You will deliver both practical and classroom‑based electrical courses to adult learners, helping them achieve industry‑recognised qualifications.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver practical and classroom‑based electrical training for adult learners.
• Support learners through their qualifications and assessments.
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Share industry knowledge and best practice.
• Create an engaging and supportive learning environment.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on electrical installation experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, professional attitude and commitment to continuous professional development.
• Passion for supporting learners to achieve their goals.

Required skills

• Electrical installation.
• Electrical inspection and testing (BS7671 18th Edition compliance).
• Knowledge of electrical installation standards and certification processes.
