Electrical Tutor – Vocational Training

About the role

Join an established training provider as an Electrical Tutor, delivering high‑quality vocational education to learners pursuing electrical trade qualifications. You will guide students through practical skills development and support them to achieve industry‑recognised credentials.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess electrical training sessions in line with curriculum standards.
• Provide practical, hands‑on guidance to learners during workshops and labs.
• Monitor learner progress, give constructive feedback and prepare assessment evidence.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments and achievement outcomes.
• Collaborate with fellow tutors and industry partners to keep course content current.

Required profile

• Qualified to at least Level 3 in a relevant electrical vocational trade.
• Holding a recognised teaching and assessing qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of the education, vocational skills and training sectors.
