Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Assembler

About the role

We are looking for a skilled assembler to join our production team in Woking. The role involves building electronic, electrical, mechanical and electro‑mechanical assemblies from drawings or procedures, working closely with Production Engineering and Quality.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble electronic, electrical, mechanical and electro‑mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, torque tools and fixtures.
• Solder and crimp components, construct cable looms and populate PCBs.
• Test and inspect assemblies using jigs, fixtures and defined procedures.
• Meet monthly production targets while maintaining a clean‑room or dust‑free environment.
• Support training of new team members and assist with broader operational activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience assembling electronic, electrical, mechanical or electro‑mechanical products.
• Training to IPC 610 standards with proven soldering and crimping ability.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision yet be team‑oriented.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings is desirable.
