Electrician – Commercial Project (Containment Works)

About the role
We are seeking a qualified electrician to join a commercial project focused on containment works in the Southampton area. The role involves delivering electrical installations and supporting the project team over an eight‑month period.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out electrical installation and maintenance on commercial containment systems.
- Collaborate with contractors and site supervisors to ensure work complies with health and safety standards.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Required profile
- Valid JIB Card.
- Proven experience as an electrician on commercial projects.
- Availability for an eight‑month contract.
- Ability to work on site in Southampton.
Required skills
- Electrical installation.

- JIB Card certification.
What we offer
- Eight‑month contract.
- Daily rate of £250 under CIS or £190 under PAYE.
