Electrician – Eastleigh (Social Housing)

About the role
We are seeking a qualified Electrician to work on social housing projects across Eastleigh and surrounding areas. The role starts as a 12‑week temporary assignment with the aim of progressing to a permanent position, delivering high‑quality electrical services to maintain housing stock.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out electrical repairs, installations, servicing, and inspection & testing on residential properties.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards and relevant regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Provide prompt and professional service to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- AM2 qualification (e.g., 2391, 2360).
- Valid driving licence.
Required skills
- Electrical repairs.
- Electrical installations.
- Electrical servicing.
- Electrical inspection and testing.
What we offer
- 12‑week temporary-to-permanent arrangement.
- After permanent placement, salary of £41,350 plus van, tools, PPE and uniform.
- 28 days holiday plus bank holidays.
- Up to 10% pension contribution.
