Electrician – EICR specialist in Hackney area

About the role

We are seeking a fully qualified electrician to carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) across small flats and converted properties in the London Borough of Hackney. The role involves completing a minimum of three EICR tests per day, Monday to Friday, on a long‑term social housing contract.

Key responsibilities

• Perform EICR testing on residential properties in Hackney.
• Complete at least three EICR reports each working day.
• Accurately fill in and submit EICR documentation.
• Travel to sites using your own vehicle and manage parking arrangements.
• Maintain and calibrate your own electrical testing equipment.

Required profile

• Fully qualified electrician with a 2391 (or equivalent) inspection and testing certification.
• Own test equipment and a reliable vehicle.
• Clean DBS check suitable for residential environments.
• Proven experience conducting EICR assessments on social housing or similar properties.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday on a continuous basis.
