Electrician / Installation Manager (Electrical QS Progression)

About the role

This permanent position is for a qualified electrician who wants to move into an Installation Manager role with a clear pathway to becoming an Electrical Quantity Surveyor (QS). You will lead regional installation teams, ensure compliance and quality, and support the growth of a fast‑expanding electrical services business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Installation Engineers and subcontractors across a regional patch.
• Oversee electrical compliance, health & safety, performance and productivity.
• Control costs, monitor operational performance and maintain high customer service standards.
• Progress into the Electrical QS function, taking responsibility for quantity surveying on a growing territory.

Required profile

• Qualified electrician holding an ECS JIB Gold Card.
• Current 2391‑52 Testing & Inspection certification.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel within the region.
• Motivation to develop into an Installation Manager and later an Electrical QS.
