Electrician – £40,000 + Benefits – Permanent

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join a well‑established property maintenance organisation in Woking. The role involves a variety of electrical tasks across occupied and void residential properties, ensuring safety, compliance and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electrical testing, inspection and certification in line with 18th Edition regulations.
• Diagnose faults, carry out reactive repairs and fault finding.
• Execute full and partial domestic rewires.
• Install electrical systems in kitchens and bathrooms.
• Install and upgrade domestic heating systems.
• Maintain accurate records using a PDA/mobile device.

Required profile

• Qualified electrician with NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
• City & Guilds 2391 (Testing & Inspection) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in domestic or housing maintenance environments.
