Electrician – £40k + Van, Fuel Card & Overtime

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing company in the South East, is seeking a qualified Electrician to join their team. You will work on residential, commercial and industrial projects, delivering high‑quality installations and maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Install electrical systems, wiring, lighting, power points, circuit breakers and control panels in new builds and upgrades.
• Repair, modify and upgrade electrical installations in commercial or industrial settings.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance, including testing emergency lighting and replacing parts.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults by inspecting circuits, fuses, transformers and breakers.
• Respond to emergency call‑outs and urgent repair requests, often outside normal hours.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs and parts used.
• Ensure all work complies with company procedures, site rules and health & safety regulations.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• City & Guilds 18th Edition qualification.
• City & Guilds 2391 qualification.
