Electromechanical Winder – Manufacturing

About the role

As an Electromechanical Winder based in Sunbury‑on‑Thames, you will assemble, wind and test electromechanical components to ensure they meet strict performance and quality standards. Your work supports the manufacturing process within an industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and wind electromechanical components accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct testing procedures to verify component performance and quality.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to guide production tasks.
• Inspect components for defects, report issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
• Provide feedback for process and design improvements.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Experience assembling or winding electromechanical components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
