Electronic Assembly Operator

About the role
We are looking for an Electronic Assembly Operator to join our manufacturing team in Whiteley. Reporting to the Production Lead (Broadcast), you will help assemble and test broadcast‑grade electronic products, ensuring they meet our high‑quality standards and delivery timelines.
Key responsibilities
- Follow detailed work instructions to assemble products, populate printed circuit boards (PCBs), and build cables.
- Support low‑volume production runs and assist with first‑off builds for new product introductions.
- Carry out basic inspections and raise any defects or deviations to the appropriate team.
- Collaborate with Engineering to refine and standardise assembly processes.
Required profile
- Early‑career candidate with a strong interest in electronics or manufacturing.
- Recently completed or close to completing a qualification in electronics, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to ask questions and learn on the job.
