Electronic Repair Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Electronic Repair Engineer to join our rapidly expanding team in Solihull. The role is workshop‑based, offering a stable Monday‑to‑Friday schedule with flexible start and finish times.

Key responsibilities

• Test, repair, service and refurbish telecoms hardware products up to £200k in value.
• Participate in research and development projects related to electronic and telecommunications equipment.
• Work on component‑level fault diagnosis and circuit repair without relying on schematics.

Required profile

• Background in electronic, test, bench, PCB engineering or similar technical roles.
• Experience repairing electronics down to the component level.
• Proven soldering ability on electronic assemblies.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree, HNC/HND, BTEC, NVQ or City & Guilds in electronics or telecommunications engineering (desirable but not mandatory).
