Electronic Security Engineer – IP CCTV & Access Control

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Security Engineer to join our North West team. You will work on integrated security projects, primarily focusing on IP CCTV and access control systems across multiple client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Design, programme, commission and commission integrated security solutions using platforms such as Veracity, Axis, Milestone, ISM, CEM, Kantech and CCure.
• Install, configure and fault‑find CCTV cameras and access control hardware in control rooms and field sites.
• Provide on‑site technical support, ensuring systems operate reliably and meet client specifications.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Document system configurations and produce handover documentation for clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience with IP CCTV and access control installations in a commercial environment.
• Background as a project, commissioning or senior security engineer.
• Willingness to travel across the North West (Manchester, Warrington, Cheshire, Lancashire, etc.).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a desire to progress to senior or project‑management roles.
