About the role
Join a leading electronics manufacturing company as an Electronics Assembler on a temporary basis. You will work in a busy Fareham facility, contributing to the production of high‑quality printed circuit boards and electronic equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Solder electrical components to IPC Class 2 standards.
- Operate machinery and equipment for electronic component assembly.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Required profile
- Previous experience in soldering electronic components.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
